The Planning and Development Authority, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, on October 08, 2025, notified the First Amendment to the General Development Rules, 2023 of Dadra and Nagar Haveli District.
The following has been stated: -
•The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Planning and Development Authority published the First Amendment to the General Development Rules-2023 on October 08, 2025, after government approval.
•These amendments include changes to Land Use Zones (Rule 7.1), specifically making use category "SE2" permissible in Development Zone I and Zone II.
•The rules also amend requirements for Road Width (Rule 7.2) for permissible uses, and for Floor Space Index (FSI) in Development Zones.
•Furthermore, the amendments revise rules for Approach Road/Access (Rule 7.5), Roadside Margins for Industrial Zones (Rule 7.7), and Parking Requirements (Rule 7.13).
These rules shall come into force from October 08, 2025.
